Live Feeds, Night One: Crying, Shoutouts and Nails.

The feeds went live last night. (the 25th.)  And oh boy... was it ever a doozy.

Here's a quick recap of what went on:

Jace is on a power trip. Major Power Trip. He had gotten the HG's to all sit in the living room to introduce themselves to us live feeders and... SHOUT OUT to family members! Ugh. This was a really lame start to the feeds.

The HG's seemed to love getting attention for their brief “Hi Mom!” moment, though.

This little 'false start' caused someone to lose their shit. Vanessa. The poor girl was crying almost the entire night. She was crying to the point she couldn't get her words out. The situation was hard to follow, but she appeared to be missing her girl friend and had overheard people badmouthing Steve. She just didn't think this was for her.

The one comforting her? Steve. Mister “social outcast.” He was the one offering kind words before anyone else did.

Elsewhere, Jace's power trip continued while he chatted with Austin. The two were yelling, talking to the camera, and just being annoying as heck, really. They're in an alliance called Shelltown and they want to bring Clay into it.

Clay, surprisingly, isn't mister dumb male model. No. He was talking game with Audrey right after the shoutouts ended, then joinig her and Meg in the HOH room for much of the night. They seem to be in an alliance, and they want Jace out. The Battle of the Block confuses me, but Jace is in position to be backdoored. He might have a temper, because Audrey said she feared he might “throw stuff” when he is nominated.

Clay was called away for a nail painting party, while Jason came to join Audrey. The two chatted about Steve for a bit. Jason claims Steve misses social cues and it's very frustrating. Jason mentions they had a fight a few days before and Jason went off in DR.

The nail painting party is pretty uneventful, except for Shelli, who looked quite upset about something. Earlier, she had a very fast exchange with Clay, where he said they'd catch up later. Shelli asked, “Well, when's later?”

Jace is on the feeds just for a second, with his bible out, telling Steve “There is only one man bigger than you. God.” Steve seems content with that and leaves. Jace looks at the camera. “That right there is a good kid.”

Back in HOH, Steve has joined the crew, probably annoying Audrey and Jason, as they were gossiping about him before. Jason mentions they shot their poses for the show's opening sequence. Steve mentions they had him do the “nerd push up glasses” move-- and we get our second FOTH of the season.

Things seem promising. :)
