Big Brother Live Feeds: Beefcake, Intimidation and Floaters!

As of this writing, it's the start of Day 11 for the House Guests. What's been happening and what's my perspective?

Well, firstly, we need to talk about Clay. The young man is generally modest, but a certain someone coaxes him into getting shirtless. Clay listens to this advice, and his body is proving to be a distraction for me and some of the house guests.

The person Clay is working for is Audrey. This girl has a fire within her, but she's getting too warm and might spontaneously combust. She is in everyone's ear. She's talking game every freaking minute. That's not an exaggeration. She even mentioned “slowing down” and “not taking game” for a bit... but this lasted literally five minutes.

Day (Da'vonne) is the one person catching on to Audrey's playing style. Clay had a talk with Day with some coaching from Audrey and this was enough to tip Day off. “When he was speaking, it sounded like it was coming out of your mouth...” The women don't trust each other at all but are faking it for whatever reason.

Steve is being pushed around every which way. He was cornered in the storage room by Jace early on the 27th. Watching that was just horrid. I mean, it was like a high school film, where the jock is threatening the underdog. Jace was making sure Steve was being loyal to him. Steve was able to lie and ease Jace, but the moment was a little uncomfortable.

There's been some chatter that Steve has made homophobic comments towards Jason and that he was following people around oddly. I don't believe the homophobic comment part. I truly believe Steve has Asperger's, a high form of autism. I met a young woman with Asperger's in a therapy group and Steve is a lot like her: rapid speaking, asking a lot of questions, seemingly not understanding basic social cues...

This is not an attack on him, I'm just theorizing what's going on. If this is in fact the case, it explains a lot. If you put a bunch of 'regular people' in a room with someone who isn't quite right, you're going to have a clash because the two groups aren't sure how to interact with one another.

In general, there are several fake alliances being created and everyone is double crossing everyone. Audrey is in like 15 alliances and I don't know how she's keeping track.

Jace knows he could be going home and he plans to fake cry and make up a sob story if need be.

From what I see, the house guests not mentioned here are either not playing or are flying under the radar purposely. For example: Becky, Jackie, Shelli and Jeff are not playing. They may think they are, but they're just talking personal stuff most of the time. Shelli is sometimes involved in a little game talk with Clay, but she herself doesn't do anything aside from that. (She's more interested in having sex with Clay, anyway.)

Meg, John, and Jason are flying under the radar. The term floater has such a negative connotation, but I think it is a legitimate strategy. To me, as long as you're not sleeping all day, I don't see you in a negative light. When it comes to John, we know he has to work very hard not to wake up the whole damn studio lot, so I applaud him. He's being very calm and not getting involved in all the Jace drama.

So, actually, the feeds are off to a very strong start and I dare say, this is the best cast in a long while. I mean, production must agree, because the House Guests have gotten alcohol twice in a row now.
